AIOneForge provides custom software development services, including web applications, mobile applications, AI automation, ERP and CRM systems, and SaaS products, for businesses and individuals worldwide.

Using this website to request a consultation or estimate does not create a contract between you and AIOneForge. Each project is governed by its own written agreement (proposal and contract), agreed after a discovery call, which sets out the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for that project.

Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and accepted payment methods, are agreed individually per project in the signed contract for that project, not on this website.

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Until full payment is received, AIOneForge retains ownership of the work produced.

While we build every project to a high professional standard, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, user growth, or funding) resulting from the software we build.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOneForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
